This to bring to your notice the prevailing conditions of animals in the great Indian circus(you can write any circus). Animal are not treated well. They are often not given food as well.
The circus owners are using the animals for their own benefits and looking for the welfare of the animals. They are beating the animals if they are not listening to them. They are violating the rights of animals. They are keeping them tied to chain in the cages due to which some of them have got an injury on their legs.
I hope the authorities will look into the problem and take certain step against it without any delay.
