Its known that gases have the maximum intermolecular spaces. But is a maximum amount they can expand to in a container? or if i take a very large container with some gas it will just expand and increase its volume filling the whole container?so is the expansion of gas definite to an extent or indefinite? and if its definite , whats its maximum point?

Using ideal gas equation

Explanation:

from equation of state, we know the

PV=nRT

for 1mole

PV=RT
