The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existence. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery each day.
The important thing is to never stop questioning. Human beings improve by questioning. By asking questions they are creating a way for an answer too. Richard was a genius who proved this. Although he faced some initial failures, he didn't give up there. He started working for his passion, later for the thing he was good and trained at - collecting butterflies. He shouldn't have reached the position he is now if he had gave up due to the initial failure. He asked questions, improved , learnt and succeed. That's why Einstein's quote is applicable to Richard.
