Sir/Ma’am,
I am Dharshana Rajendran, a resident of Navy Nagar, Meena Estate. I have been living here for almost ten years now. I am writing this letter to inform you that my neighbour, Mr Harish Kumar, has been creating a nuisance every day. He is an alcoholic and creates ruckus daily. All the residents of this area are being disturbed by this constant disturbance. Now, he has started threatening to hurt anyone who does not give him the money he demands. Everyone has been affected by this, and all of us find it hard to go into or get out of our houses for fear of him.
I request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and help us out. It has been more than a month now since this has started. We have tried to talk to him, but it has been of no use. Kindly do the needful at the earliest as this is turning out to be a matter of serious concern.
