I am writing in order to express my dissatisfaction concerning a terrible experience which I had in your hotel quite recently.
Last week I came to your grand hotel on school trip. Upon arrival, however, I was informed that my favorite room was not ready , so it was changed. To make matter worse, after several hours waiting, another room which was recommended by your shift manager was not specious enough for me. After accommodating, I also noticed that the air condition would not run properly. This caused inconvenience to me.
I was, therefore, wondering how it could be possible for such an expensive as well as five-star hotel such problems! As this foul-up occurred and was completely your service problems, I feel that I am entitled to request a full refund.
