Given

3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, .....

We can observe the above given series are in Arithmetic Progression.

First term of AP 'a' = 3

Common difference d = a2 - a1 = 6 - 3 = 3

We are asked to find Sum of 10 terms of the given series

So, Using sum of n terms of AP formula

Sn = n/2 [ 2a + ( n - 1 ) d ]

Sum of 10 terms S10 = 10/2 [ 2( 3 ) + ( 10 - 1 ) ( 3 ) ]

= 5 [ 6 + 9( 3 ) ]

= 5( 6 + 27 )

= 5( 33 )

= 165

Therefore the sum of 10 term of the given series is 165.
