We know that India is a secular state . secular state means a place in which no religion particularly matters. in these type of places all people have rights to follow and profess their own religion is considered a very important right in the Indian constitution. in India no one is discriminated on the basis of caste and religion. this is a right too in our constitution. this is also applicable to right to religion . the right to religion reflects the secular nature of the Indian constitution . this right indicates the secularism in India .
Article 25 gives every person the right to freedom of conscience and the right to freely profess, practice, and propagate religion subject to public order, morality, and health. Article 26 also gives all denominations the right to manage their own affairs in matters of religion.
