यंत्रों का उपयोग ठीक है, लेकिन यंत्रों पर पूरी तरह निर्भर नहीं रहना चाहिए ।  मोबाइल भी एक ऐसा ही यंत्र है। मोबाइल पर अत्यधिक निर्भरता मानसिक और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य दोनों के लिए ठीक नहीं है। मोबाइल का सही उपयोग करें जिससे हमें लाभ दे और हमारे जीवन को थोड़ा सुगम बनाए।

मोबाइल का हमें उतना अधिक प्रयोग नहीं करना चाहिए कि हमारे जीवन को सुगम बनाने की जगह हमें नुकसान पहुंचाने का कार्य करने लगे, इसलिए मोबाइल का बढ़ता प्रयोग सीमित होना चाहिए।
