What are the negative changes you may encounter as a student or as an employee in the future?

I do not pretend to see the future. However, I see some pretty clear trends, and if those trends continue unchanged, this is what I suppose:

Continued defunding and denigration of public primary education will result in less educational opportunity for those who cannot afford privately funded education.

The same is true of college. We already see crushing debt as the only route to college education by a large proportion of our citizens.

Continued growth of automation will reduce further the number of jobs in industry. Coupled with reduced education, industrial job opportunities are further reduced.

Continued growth of offshore production by economically and politically oppressed workers will further reduce job opportunities of all kinds.

Growth in service industries is limited, because jobless people cannot afford most of the services that are available. That will reduce the wage levels for service industries.

1) Being the target of bullies to attack:

When a new student enters a class, it often leads to bullies targeting them and spreading rumors about them as they are vulnerable to the new surrounding.

2)Feeling of loneliness:

A student who has just started a new school often feels lonely because of getting separated and losing contact from their old friends.

They feel that they won't be able to make new friends as everyone seems intimidating at first.

Hence, sadly it becomes quite normal for them to feel lonely.

3) Being surrounded by a group of people who are already friends:

When we join a new school, everyone already have friends and it becomes very difficult to cope up with the feeling of not having anyone known by our side.

This leads to negative social impact as everyone wants to feel seen, loved and heard but with a group who already are friends, it becomes quite difficult to adjust to the feeling of not being seen,loved and heard.
