what is the process of photosynthesis

Answer:

During photosynthesis, plants take in carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O) from the air and soil. Within the plant cell, the water is oxidized, meaning it loses electrons, while the carbon dioxide is reduced, meaning it gains electrons. This transforms the water into oxygen and the carbon dioxide into glucose.

The process in which plants make their own food using carbon dioxide , water , sunlight and chlorophyll .

Explanation:

Plants first take carbon dioxide from atmosphere using stomata ( small pores in leaves) . Then chlorophyll trapped the solar energy . With the help of root hair , it absorbs water and minerals from the soil . In the leaves using the above ingredients, the food is formed which is known as Glucose .
