Answer:

A strong acid is an acid that is completely dissociated in an aqueous solution. It is a chemical species with a high capacity to lose a proton, H+. In water, a strong acid loses one proton, which is captured by water to form the hydronium ion: HA(aq) + H2O → H3O+(aq) + A−(aq)

A diluted acid is that the acid is mixed with water in an amount more than the acid itself. It does not reduce the reactivity of acid or make it weaker. It reduces the amount of acid in the solution with which you are working . Example of a diluted acid is 5% sulfuric acid.
