0Evaporation is the process of conversion of liquid into vapors.
for example, when a dish filled with water is kept under the sun, the water (liquid) turns into vapor and its called evaporation.
condensation could be understood as the process exact opposite of to evaporation. it is the process of conversion of vapours into liquid.
for example when hot water is covered with a lid and let to cool down we find droplets of water on the lid it is due to cooling down of vapors to form liquid.
and finally, saturation is the condition when something cannot be added anymore to anything. it is the limit or extent till something can dissolve. for example if you keep adding sugar to a glass of water, at some point no more sugar will get dissolved. that point would be called saturation point of sugar in one glass of water
